Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the dealership's office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from customers and employees.
  • Enter data accurately into the dealership's computer system, including customer information, vehicle details, and financial transactions.
  • Assist with processing paperwork for vehicle sales, service appointments, financing, and other dealership transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by dealership management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably with some accounting duties is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
