Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse functions, including warehouse system functions, inventory management, shipping, receiving, material handling activities, and general facility operations in compliance with company requirements of and regulations. Directing and coordinating comprehensive logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Developing and implementing logistics procedures and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Supervising warehouse operations to maintain inventory levels, product quality, and delivery schedules. Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production. Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the logistics process. Lead warehouse staff and complete employee lifecycle functions, including but not limited to workload supervision and staff accountability, daily feedback coaching, performance reviews and any necessary corrective actions. Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes. Assist with the implementation of WMS system.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse supervision, packaging, and plastics. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong knowledge of industry-standard logistics software and systems. Prior experience with WMS systems. A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field would be an advantage. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
