Monday - Thursday (flexible on the days of week): 8am-5pm OR: 8am-12pm Clinic: 1pm-5pm Weekday Night call: 5pm-8am

Clinic: 8am-5pm Night call: 5p-8a
Clinical Details Trauma level 3 90% Adult, 10% Pediatric 50% Surgical & 50% Office/Clinic 15 PPD on average, 95% scheduled, 5% add-ons 2-6 hospital patients surgeries per physician per day 1 Physician in practice, and 1 mid-level Will be required to supervise other healthcare providers, will not be required to teach Lab & X-Ray on site 39 total beds in the hospital Office equipment: Olympus Flexible Scope - ENF-VQ, Cryotherapy for skin procedures, Cautery unit (ValleyLab Force FX - Electrosurgical Generator), Zeiss OPMI Pico wall mount scope, Three SMR carts, Welch Allen Tympanogram, Greer SPT skin prick testing, Spirometry EasyOne Air Requirements Board Certified Otolaryngology Active CO license or IMLC Must be able to supervise Active ACLS (AHA) Clean background/no malpractice Covid vaccinated Required Procedures: General Otolaryngology - Surgical & Non-surgical, Endoscopic Procedures - Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy-Flexibility & rigid, Laryngoscopy, Tracheotomy Preferred Procedures: Thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction, facial surgery - facial implants, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty Full time coverage - Highly Preferred Support Staff RN supports physician and immunology / allergy clinic MA and RN support APP and MD as well as office support staff EMR Epic
