Description

  • Oversee the successful planning and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
