Were seeking a Seasoned Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing impactful marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves managing key client accounts, overseeing strategy execution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results. Experience in account management, client strategy, and marketing analytics is essential for success in this position.

What you'll bring:

  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Management Skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and creating actionable solutions with comfort in managing clients with firm expectations met with kindness and respect.
  • Project Management Skills: Adept at managing multiple accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Growth-Oriented Focus: Experience identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client accounts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and SEO specialists.
  • Client Advocacy: A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and grow their businesses.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining open communication.
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client accounts.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
  • Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
  • Reliable access to a computer and internet.

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $30/hour, plus incentive comp to hit $90k earning potential yearly (based on a fulltime workload, earning potential to be prorated based on hours).
