Acra Lending is hiring for Account Executives in Santa Fe, NM! This Account Executive position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals. We’ve Increased Compensation by 10 BPS! • $0–≤$3.0M: 45 bps • >$3.0M–≤$5.0M: 50 bps • >$5.0M: 60 bps Responsibilities: • Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing • Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard • Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business • Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts • Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline • Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required: • • Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required • High school diploma recipient. • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc. • Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc. • Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills Credentials and Experience Required: • Sales experience is required • Mortgage experience strongly preferred • Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance AE’s make a base of $27,600 annually
