LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bloomington, Indiana.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: PCU - Progressive Care UnitDiscipline: RNStart Date: 01/07/2025Duration: 13 weeks48 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, daysEmployment Type: Travel "Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). \n**Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS**\n\nIU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour\n\nAya Offer- ED/AA Float\nShift: 4x12s or 3x12s available\nRatios: 1:5-6\nYears of experience REQ: 3 years, Required to have 3-4 travel assignments completed\nFirst timers accepted: No \nWeekend REQ: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND\nREQ Skills: Telemetry, IV Starts, Cardiac Drips, Cerner REQUIRED\nPreferred Skills: Vents\nCerts REQ: BLS, ACLS, and NIH\nIs on-call REQ? No \nWill the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES. FLOAT REQUIRED\nOpen to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed. \nLocals accepted: No\nPending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB\t\nRTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. \nGuaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek.\n3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.\n\nSpecial Requirements: Cerner Required. \n\nUnit Information: Float amongst Acuity Adaptive Units. ED Boarding consist of patients house in a designated part of the ED awaiting to be transferred to a PCU or Medsurg unit. These patients will be provided PCU/MedSurg level of care.
