OB/GYN Physician Locums Job near West Valley City, Utah 7-10 Days of Call Coverage per Month June 2025 Start Assignment

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Start Date: June 9 (7a) - 16 (7a) or June 23 (7a) - 30 (7a)
Assignment: 7-10 shifts per month. The call includes 2 sites

Assignment Requirements:
Board Certification OB/GYN - required or truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
Active Utah license - required or IMLC (must have LOQ)
Active BLS or PALS, & Controlled Substance (CSR)
Active DEA
Must be available for a minimum of 7 shifts per month
Must be available for either of the June stints in job description, to be considered for ongoing dates
Call coverage is at 2 sites (concurrent coverage)
Clean Malpractice/background - highly preferred, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with high priority

Assignment Details:
24-hour call with (7am-7am)
7 shifts per month maximum
Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic Trauma Level III
Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic, provide deliveries and procedures in the hospital, and group call coverage.
