SNC Fayetteville has a need to add a Part-Time pilot as we seek to grow our capabilities and programs. Our dynamic, team-oriented office is actively seeking a Part-Time pilot (with potential to transition to Full-Time) to join us in our mission of supporting our DOD customer. In this fulfilling role you will conduct flight operations and will safely fly aircraft in support of DOD ISR training programs. You will be part of a professional team of DOD aviation experts. The ideal candidate will be motivated, mission oriented, and place flight safety first. Since the SNC Fayetteville office seeks to grow its programs, we look forward to expanding current and future efforts with you!
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
Conduct flight operations as directed
Perform weight and balance computations
Perform aviation risk assessment/evaluation
Have high-level understanding of cockpit resource management
Positively manage customer relationship through knowledge of customer mission and interpersonal skills
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
Commercial Pilot Certificate with single or multi-engine and instrument rating without limitations
FAA issued Second Class Medical Certificate
Ability to pass a FAA/Military Pilot Background Check and mandatory drug and alcohol screen
Total Fixed Wing Flight Time: 2000 hours
Turbine Engine Time: 500 hours
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
FAA Issued Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Recent mission completion and/or prior service
US Military survival and/or physiological training
Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours
Retractable Gear Time: 500 hours

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires current/active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
