We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional as a Rebate Data Analyst in our St. Louis Office supporting our Rebate team. As a Rebate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities in Billing and Claims as well as developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies within these departments. You will provide leadership, innovation, and oversight over purchase data produced through retail and showroom POS systems and Vendor systems, to produce data sets required to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives.

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional as a Rebate Data Analyst in our St. Louis Office supporting our Rebate team. As a Rebate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities in Billing and Claims as well as developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies within these departments. Our Rebate Data Analyst will:
- Analyze and review data in Enable, our master data management system, that relates to all CCA suppliers and rebate programs.
- Oversee and maintain Published Rebate Programs information in Enable and fix discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of data that is forwarded into Members.net, our internal communication platform for members.
- Oversee Member Rebate Audits for accuracy and answer complex questions that arise from these audits.
- Oversee rebates from our largest suppliers.
- Maintain rebate revenue elements in the Rebate System as per instructed under CCA Rebate contracts and negotiated pricing files.
- Monitor and review purchase data to ensure we are attaching product accurately as it pertains to merchandised products.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or data analysis with a minimum of five years of experience in either accounting or data analysis. Recent management experience preferred.
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work with large amounts of data.
- Good working knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of MicroStrategy is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner with our members and vendors in writing and over the phone.
- Requires prioritizing and self-management to meet deadlines.
