Client Details Office based northwest of Boston Projects in the Greater Boston area, Northshore, Cape, and RI Been in business for over 35 years 45+ people between office and field staff Specialize in high-end residential construction, ground up and renovation projects up to $15M In-house Home Services Division that provides preventative maintenance Tight-knit team, family oriented Very strong reputation in the market Promote from withing Hire for long term fits, not project to project Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance Profile The Superintendent will have: 5+ years as a Super in custom home renovations and ground up Experience from a reputable builder Understanding of how to actually build Background in High End Residential projects / Custom homes $5M+ Experience with Procore or other related construction softwares Bachelors Degree in construction management or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Offer Pay up to $120k depending on experience company vehicle yearly bonus promotions from within tigh-knit family culture secure pipeline of projects PTO 401k Healthcare package MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
