Our client, a highly prestigious global investment company located in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced and bright Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This role will require skills in organization, complex global travel arrangements, calendar management, adept at learning new technologies, and more. Company offers excellent compensation package. ***This is a hybrid role with three days onsite located in San Francisco, CA.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support multiple executives with complex daily scheduling and calendar management, global and domestic travel, expenses, and meeting logistics.
  • Conduct complex global travel arrangements with ease, updating expenses, managing visas, and remaining available to assist with any travel issues
  • Utilize Bloomberg to pull information and assemble reports and presentations
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interface with internal and external teams and partner with a variety of administrative professionals.
  • Proactively ask thoughtful questions to ensure the smooth operations of senior leaders
  • Manage reports and remain open to learning new technologies to maximize efficiencies

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting several executives in the finance industry is preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience with global travel arrangements is required
  • 5-8 years of prior executive assistance experience within large companies
  • Excellent organizational and strategic support skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong MS office skills

 

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $120,000
