LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Accounting Specialist in Tulsa

Established Tulsa company is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a Direct Hire (Permanent) opening! This is a stable position where you will assist with a variety of duties, including billing in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, onsite job.

Duties include:

• Billing

• Process refunds

• Journal entries

• Reconciliations

• Review income statements and other accounting reports

• Create spreadsheets

• Post payments

• Resolve billing issues

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience handling billing / accounts receivable

• Completion of some college accounting coursework preferred (degree not required)

• Strong Excel skills needed for creating reports

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
