Job Title: Analyst Location: Boston, MA (Seaport) Job Type: Full-Time ABOUT GRIFFITH PROPERTIES: Boston-based Griffith Properties, LLC is a woman-owned real estate investment firm that employs its extensive operating and investing experience to provide investors with an attractive risk-adjusted return. The firm primarily invests in value-added and core-plus industrial, life science, R&D, office, and multi-family assets throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the acquisitions, asset management, and overall investment strategies at Griffith Properties. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including market research, financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquisitions & Underwriting Utilize Argus to Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate Investment opportunities, including sensitivity and scenario analyses. Conduct due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including market research, tenant analysis, and property tours. Develop investment memoranda and presentations for the internal investment committee and external stakeholders. Portfolio Management & Reporting Support asset managers in developing and executing business plans for the firm's portfolio. Monitor asset performance by tracking financial and operational metrics. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and lease analysis. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors and senior management. Collaborate with third-party property managers, leasing agents, and other partners to ensure alignment with business objectives. Market Research & Strategy Research market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies. Maintain databases of market comparables and key performance indicators. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or related fields. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Costar, and Argus Enterprise (or similar platforms). Knowledge of real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and underwriting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects. Basic accounting knowledge.
