Social Media Manager for Wellness Influencer

About Us: We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team This role is tailored for an individual experienced in managing social media pages for influencers, especially in the wellness and self-development niche. The role will be hybrid in-person in Miami and remote. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and wellness niche. Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Content Creation & Management: Create visually engaging posts, stories, and reels that resonate with the audience. Write compelling captions, optimize hashtags, and ensure cohesive branding. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new ideas and campaigns. Video Editing: Edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality, platform-specific content. Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips for social media and promotional use. Analytics & Performance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to grow engagement and reach. Podcast Management (Preferred): Assist in podcast episode promotion and content repurposing. Edit podcast audio and create highlights for social media. Manage scheduling, uploading, and marketing of episodes. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record managing social media for influencers, especially in the wellness, lifestyle, or self-development niche. Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut). Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite). Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics). Graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop). Podcast Experience (Preferred): Previous experience with podcast editing, promotion, and management. Attributes: Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
