Position: Senior Mobile App Development Engineer Collaborate with R&D directors, Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and hardware specialists to create mobile applications that impact millions worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development lifecycle of mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. Design, develop, release, and maintain high-quality applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay updated on mobile development trends and advocate for innovative solutions. Analyze and optimize app performance for responsiveness and seamless user experiences. Contribute to the architecture and strategic vision of mobile app initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. Proven track record with successfully released applications. Expertise in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android). Strong understanding of app architectures, UI/UX principles, and industry best practices. Experience with Git, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to establish best practices for remote global teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter. Backend development experience and integration proficiency. Experience with SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
