Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, construction management, and leadership. This role requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Project Execution: Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed. Resolve on-site issues and ensure high-quality work. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Financial Oversight: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Review and approve change orders, invoices, and other financial documents. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel. Promote a culture of safety and collaboration on job sites. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management. Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
