Concrete Project Manager

The Project Manager Estimator will collaborate with various teams including General Contractors, Design Engineering Operations to help plan, execute, and close large-scale construction projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline. Requirements: Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction as an estimator or project management Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs. A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor Experience in sales/marketing a plus Strong leadership and management skills
