We are seeking an experienced ERP Change Management Consultant to lead and manage the organizational change initiatives for a client undergoing an ERP implementation or upgrade. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring successful adoption by aligning stakeholders, training users, and minimizing resistance to change. Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support ERP projects. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into overall project planning. Identify key stakeholders and assess the impact of ERP changes on various departments. Design and deliver training programs and materials tailored to end-users. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment. Monitor and manage resistance to change, addressing concerns proactively. Develop tools and metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure project success. Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure sustained adoption of the ERP system. Ensure alignment with best practices and organizational goals throughout the change process. Qualifications 5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Infor, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics). Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and best practices. Proven ability to manage complex organizational changes and engage stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience designing and delivering training programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Why Consider This Opportunity?
