Compensation Highlights: Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Profit-sharing opportunities and performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package , including health insurance and 401(k) with employer match Total compensation package valued at $90,000 - $120,000 Role Overview: The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, managing FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service and top-notch guest experiences. Responsibilities Include: Leading and motivating FOH and BOH teams to achieve operational excellence. Managing financials, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory control. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: At least 2 years of salaried General Management experience in a full-service restaurant with bar service. Proven ability to manage operations and financial performance effectively. Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
