Job Title: Senior Quality Improvement Data Analyst Location: 100% remote- Atlanta, GA preferred Duration: Full time Salary: $92,000-$140,000 dependent on experience level MUST HAVES (TOP 3): 1. Vizient 2. snowflake Job Description: Data Analysis, Monitoring, Reporting- 25% Data Analysis Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Develop predictive models and data visualizations to forecast outcomes and support strategic planning. Monitoring Design and implement systems for continuous monitoring of key metrics and performance indicators. Regularly assess data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, addressing discrepancies as needed. Identify and escalate anomalies or emerging trends in data that require further investigation. Reporting Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize reporting solutions based on business needs. Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports, aligning with organizational goals. Quality Improvement- 25% -Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent and reliable outputs. -Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring data issues and recommend corrective actions. -Implement quality control measures and audit processes to validate data accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements. -Provide training and documentation to promote a culture of data quality awareness across teams. Stakeholder Collaboration- 20% -Lead conversation with business units, technical teams, and leadership to understand analytic needs and prioritize initiatives. -Work with end users to convert technical concepts into actionable insights and requirements. -Facilitate regular communication to align data solutions with business objectives and resolve challenges effectively. -Build and maintain strong relationships to foster a collaborative environment for data-driven decision-making. Data Governance- 15% -Support the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and processes. -Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all reporting and analysis activities. -Monitor data lifecycle processes to maintain integrity and minimize risk throughout data collection, storage, and use. -Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enforce standards for data stewardship and accountability. Research and Development- 15% -Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data analytics and visualization. -Experiment with new methodologies and techniques to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities. -Develop proof-of-concept projects to evaluate the potential impact of emerging data tools and frameworks. -Recommend and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance organizational data literacy.
