Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate project tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Lead and direct subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring productivity and safety. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project schedules. Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes. Monitor project progress, manage scheduling, and help control costs. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and change orders. Troubleshoot on-site issues, ensuring timely solutions to minimize delays. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in construction supervision. High school diploma required; degree in construction management or related field preferred. OSHA certification and relevant trade licenses. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site in various conditions, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
