Divorce in Colorado Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Divorce Attorney with 1-5 years of family law experience to join our Lakewood, Castle Rock and Boulder offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in divorce and family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal and financial matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of divorce and family law matters from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions. Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado. 1-5 years of experience in divorce and family law. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered legal services. Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base salary and quarterly bonuses for an annual income between $85,000 and $200,000, depending on experience, hours billed and collections.
