Job Description As a Business Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex business litigation matters. Your duties will include: Conducting legal research and analysis Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Assisting with discovery, including document review and interrogatory responses Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school 3-6 years of litigation experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Trail experience is a plus
