Senior Scientist – Protein & IVD R&D We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to lead R&D efforts for reagent development and IVD assay innovations, ensuring seamless technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing. Responsibilities: Develop reagents (e.g., antibodies, proteins) for Biomarker/IVD assays. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to product innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product development goals. Oversee the transition of reagents to manufacturing, including QC procedures. Mentor team members and troubleshoot challenges in reagent development. Qualifications: Ph.D. (1-3 years) or M.S. (8 years) in Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related fields. Expertise in protein modification, purification, and stability studies. Familiarity with GMP/GDP standards and IVD assay development preferred.
