Details: 7a-7a - 24 hour shifts Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/month Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Call is 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases. Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call FTE: 0 Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. - FMOBs - 100 C-Sections and 50 Deliveries minimum. EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage Dealbreakers: Will NOT consider candidates wishing to do clinic only!
EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training. EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed before the provider s first day and is only available Mon-Fri for scheduling.
Credentialing Information: Timeframe: payor credentialing 60 days from state license issue Credentialing with other facilities? No Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No

HIGHLY PREFERRED Procedure Logs - Required at presentation - providers who do not include the case logs at time of presentation will not be presented to the site - past 24 months for FMOB: Must include a minimum of 50 C-sections, 50 vaginal (with at least 20 each in the last 12 months) Submission Page/Presentation checklist - Must be included at time of presentation to be considered. -
