www.e15group.com Job Summary The E15 Senior Analyst will be the primary analytical partner for Compasss Sustainability team, driving data-driven strategies to achieve the companys goal of climate net zero by 2050. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key sustainability metrics, such as carbon footprint and waste. The Senior Analyst will develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations that support Compass's ongoing sustainability initiatives.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals. The Senior Analyst will work independently with the Compass Sustainability team while also engaging with analytical peers at E15. They will prepare and present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to Compass executives, helping to inform high-level sustainability decisions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect, clean, and analyze sustainability-related data Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate progress toward net zero goals Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support sustainability strategy development Present findings, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations to Compass leadership
REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelors (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights Intermediate or advanced data visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI or Tableau) Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner Apply to E15 today!
