Coverage Needed January 1, 2025 - ongoing Schedule Scheduled clinic hours Every Wednesday thru Sunday from 8a-5p typically Locums are not on call during non-business hours, covering scheduled assigned shifts only Clinical Details Inpatient: Acute psychiatric unit/institute Admissions required Rounding Patients: assigned and unassigned Trauma level 1 PEDs level 3 Voalte (secure internal paging system) is used for communication On Psychiatric Youth Treatment Unit (PYTU) the average patient volume can be 8 - 12 per day Provider may be required to do direct admissions from the regional hospitals Regional admissions are coordinated through in house transfer center Treats patients aged 5-17 Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) board-certification is required Active MT License or IMLC Fellowship BLS Required Skills: Anxiety disorders, Affective disorder, ADD/ADHD, Personality disorders, Psychotic disorders, Organic disorders, Seclusion therapy, Restraint application, Pharmacotherapy EMR Cerner
