Job Description: Onsite Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in Daily Operations: Assist the entrepreneur in managing the day-to-day activities of four or more businesses. Tasks can vary widely, from picking up coffee to delivering checks to builders in Hollywood.
• Real Estate & Mortgage Support: Leverage your background in real estate or mortgage to assist with property tours, deal analysis, and client communications.
• Proactive Assistance: Anticipate needs and think one step ahead to streamline processes and decisions.
• Travel & Errands: Be open to travel as required and handle various errands efficiently and professionally.
• Administrative Duties: Schedule meetings, organize files, manage communications, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Continuous Learning: Stay hungry to learn and grow, taking the initiative to expand your knowledge and skills in all business areas.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish: Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Background in Real Estate or Mortgage: Familiarity with industry processes and terminology.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and a willingness to travel as needed.
