Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting activities, including analyzing production costs, standard cost variances, and inventory valuation to support operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.

• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting policies.

• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and ensure timely delivery to senior management.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Work closely with leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
