Renowned for its innovative solution and genuine commitment to customer service and operational excellence, the bank is dedicated to providing a work environment where employees are empowered.Job DescriptionThe Legal Director (Transactions Management) role involves:Responsible for drafting all finance documents, working closely with credit and compliance to ensure all approvals and documentation is in placeStrong project management skills - handling multiple transactions (typically 5-10 at any time)Provide strategic guidance on legal issues affecting the organizationEnsure the company's legal compliance with relevant US laws and regulationsReview and negotiate contracts and agreementsAdvise on legal risks and mitigation strategiesCoordinate with other departments to ensure legal complianceRepresent the company, supporting other teams, attending client meetings and guiding on solutions and best approach to client lending needsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
