ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS This position is an associate level position that will require strong skills in communications, collaboration, project management and problem solving. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting Inspire's sales commission activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in compensation processes. This position will This position will oversee sales compensation systems, collaborate with HR and Finance teams, and provide timely and precise analyses to optimize sales performance metrics in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities and able to work independently. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within sales compensation systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Answer questions from managers related to sales compensation plans, calculations, and payout structures. Manage and input data into sales compensation systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records. Assist senior analysts in analyzing sales performance data and compensation metrics, contributing to actionable insights and recommendations. Oversee sales compensation management systems and related reporting, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting clarity, and timely distribution of commissions, bonuses and SPIFs. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to deliver precise analyses, calculate one-off commission payments, and prepare accurate submission files for draws, guarantees, and other incentive adjustments. Issue and track all commission-related documents to commissionable employees and managers, maintaining relevant commission plan templates and executed agreements. Support non-compensation-related analysis projects as needed. Build a deep understanding of the business, effectively communicate results, and present recommendations to leadership team members. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of work experience supporting sales compensation plans and commission structures. Multiple years of experience with MS office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access or similar relational database applications Demonstrated skill in the areas of building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking Highly competent project manager: prioritize, execute and report on projects; complete assignments of increasing complexity Work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities Strong aptitude for achieving successful outcomes: intelligent, tenacious, objective oriented Continuously curious and investigative by nature Ability to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes to surface insig ts and support business decisions Continuously curious and investigative by nature Preferred: MS Office Certifications, Power BI Certifications Direct experience with sales compensation tools such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar platforms SALARY The salary for this position is expected to be between ($75,900 - $107,200) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
