We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Membership Experience to focus on focus on engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members while providing first-class customer service. In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also maintain a focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and seeking out new business opportunities.

In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also maintain a focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and seeking out new business opportunities.
What You Will Do:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects
- Work gamedays and member and new sales events
- Generating leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals
- Scheduling and completing face-to-face appointments in-arena and across the Phoenix metro area
What We Need From Our Account Executive, Membership Experience:
- 1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
- Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Archtics is a plus
- Proficient communication skills (written and oral)
- Emotional intelligence
- Experience with Microsoft product
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
- This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is < 5%
- S-Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
