General Assembler

Our client is seeking General Assemblers to join their team. As a General Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Assembler Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $19 per hour What's the Job? Assemble products from components while ensuring all quality standards are met. Adhere to established safety procedures and maintain assembly line volume standards. Select and inspect component parts for damage and ensure tolerances are accurate. Operate machines required for pre-assembly operations and perform basic maintenance. Train employees in lower class assembly positions as necessary and perform other duties as assigned. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions. Manual dexterity and ability to lift items up to 70lbs without assistance.
