Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Medical Assistant in Bonham, TX! This role is onsite / in person. Type: Contract, 3-month assignment with potential for extension Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 am to 5 pm; Lunch break from 12 noon to 1 pm Pay: $22 to 24/hr Location: Bonham, TX 75418 Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:•Room Patients: vitals, medication reconciliation, and charting•Assist physician with patient care - shots, wound care•Perform daily e-fax submissions of referrals, records request, home health orders•Complete and answer daily calls to update patients of lab results and medical needs•Daily chart prep/lab requestQualifications for the Medical Assistant:•Certified Medical Assistant License or Registration required•E-Clinical Works Knowledge•Prior Medical Office Experience•Caring for Elderly•Understanding of Quality Measures•Immunizations required: TB, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Flu ShotWhy work for Adecco?•Weekly Pay•401(k) Plan•Skills Training•Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
