*Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and diesel equipment required*
Job Responsibilities:
• Performs preventative maintenance on all heavy equipment including but not limited to mobile harbor cranes, straddle carriers, reach stackers, rotators, and spreaders.
• Performs major and minor repairs to heavy equipment as needed.
• Operates, inspects, and troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on equipment as required and diagnose defects.
• Tests mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Dismantles parts needed for repairs on equipment using hoists, rigging equipment and hand tools.
• Rebuilds engines, transmissions, and their components, as necessary.
• Makes service calls to various departments both domestic and international to facilitate equipment repairs as required
• Makes quality fabrications as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $62000.00
There are annual reviews where they can move up levels and earn more compensation. They have very completive benefits (Two different plans), PPO & High Deductible where they offer both individual & family plans as well as an HSA. Also offer Dental & Vision where they pay 86% and start with 80 hours of PTO.
