Civil Project Manager - PE

Selectek is hiring a Civil Project Manager  in the Council Bluffs, IA or Omaha, NE areas. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (NE or IA preferred) Civil or Municipal Design – 4+ years (8+ years ideal) Industrial and Infrastructure project experience Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work with key clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the Project Team. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates. Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced and skilled technical professionals. Provide detailed reviews on multiple projects at varying stages of design. Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders. Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, reviewing change order requests, and answering questions from the field.
