Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a holistic people strategy that is in harmony with the organization’s goals, values, and culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership regarding all human resources and organizational development matters.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, creating a workplace where every employee feels appreciated and supported.
- Direct recruitment, retention, and succession planning efforts to secure and maintain top-tier talent.
- Create and implement employee development, performance management, and succession planning strategies that correspond with the organization’s objectives.
- Promote a culture of high performance through engagement programs designed to enhance productivity, satisfaction, and growth.
- Spearhead the design and management of competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Ensure equitable compensation structures that mirror the financial health of the organization.

- Leverage HR technology to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee data management.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and steer organizational development strategies.
- Manage the annual HR budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet organizational priorities.
- Optimize HR team structure and resources to elevate performance and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Extensive leadership experience in Human Resources.
- Profound understanding of organizational development and change management principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HR technology and analytics to enhance operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a financial services or credit union environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation and executing strategic initiatives.
