Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage land development permitting processes, including NPDES and stormwater management, while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct research to gather additional site data through diverse sources.
  • Design site layouts, grading, and drainage systems.
  • Perform stormwater modeling and design, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Create designs for erosion and sediment control measures.
  • Develop access road designs and coordinate utility layouts.
  • Design retaining walls and document all supporting calculations.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare construction drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct construction observation and field engineering.
  • Collaborate across design disciplines to ensure project success.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with at least four (4) years of relevant civil-site design experience.
  • P.E. license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation OpenSite Designer software.
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling programs like Hydraflow and StormWise (ICPR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and other software tools.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage projects independently and build successful client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
