Job Details:

Employed outpatient opportunity
New market to start June 2020
The patient volume is quality based and seeing 16-18 per day
New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes
Practice call is phone call only, Practice call telephonic 1:15 or better
Balanced work/life clinic hours 7:30 AM 5 PM, M F
Physician-run organization
Exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients
Small panel size ( patients)
Complimentary concierge service: Onsite pharmacy, labs, diagnostics, Door to doctor transportation, Acupuncture, Optometry Podiatry, Case management and social work services
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
Active Tennessee License
Geriatric Fellowship is a plus but not required
