Job details:

Mon-Fri 8 AM- 8 PM and Sat/Sun 8AM- 12 PM
Expected to treat Cold and flu symptoms - fever, sore throat, sinus infection, earache, nausea
- Sprains, strains, and fractures (non-work related)
- Headaches
- Abdominal pain
- Cuts and lacerations
- Allergies and rashes
Full-time 40 hours/week; potential for administrative work/Medical Directorship in the future
BC/BE
Unrestricted Indiana license or eligible to apply, Indiana CSR and federal DEA licensure
DOT certification within 90 days
At least 2 years of clinical experience
