Dental Assistant Job at Franklin Dental Laser Center in Southfield

We are looking for a dental assistant to join our team.  We would prefer at least 2+ years of experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Take dental x-rays and perform laboratory duties as needed
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
