Lead Application Architect We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WebPack Vuex Vue JS TypeScript Restful APIs JavaScript HTML CSS Babel and JSON. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Location: Mason - OH USA

Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Vue JS TypeScript and JavaScript. * Oversee the integration of Restful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between systems. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions. * Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices in HTML CSS and Babel. * Develop and maintain build processes using WebPack to optimize application performance. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive. * Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. * Ensure that all technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements. * Document technical designs and specifications for future reference. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications: * Must have extensive experience with WebPack Vuex Vue JS TypeScript Restful APIs JavaScript HTML CSS Babel and JSON. * Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. * Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. * Strong understanding of software development best practices. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
