Receptionist for Coast Buick GMC

RECEPTIONIST WITH PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE

"DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS"

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet Customers in a professional manner
• Answer dealership group phones
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Light clerical duties as directed by Dealership Controller

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation; a smile is part of the uniform
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility, reliable and dependable
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
• This is a full-time, 40 Hour work week - Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1 Hr. Lunch Break)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
