As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Recruiter to join our team and help us staff our stores across the country.
Position Overview:As a Retail Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing scent consultants and showroom managers in our stores, managing a robust candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, and leveraging data to drive recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates for scent consultant and showroom manager positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and diverse candidate pipeline to meet the high-volume hiring needs of our stores. Track and manage candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Partner with store managers to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless interview process.
- Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume retail recruitment is required.
- Skills: Strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
