Compensation

• $56,000/year.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage Benefits and Onboarding processes.
• Communicate with insurance carriers
• Assist employees in completing open enrollment
• Employee leave (FMLA, UI, USERRA, etc)

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

• WORKDAY experience is required
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
• Independent worker, able to work at a high pace
• Flexibility to work in a team and support teammates in cross-trained environment
• Employee benefits experience OR Employee onboarding experience
