Executive Assistant Needed
Well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff's law firm in Houston, Texas is seeking to add an Executive Assistant. Our firm has been helping the injured and wronged for over 19+ years in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.
The firm is experiencing rapid growth, which presents unique opportunities for an Executive Assistant to gain exposure to the growth, development and operations of both a growing company, and a law firm. The firm is dedicated to the highest quality legal representation, a collaborative firm culture, and unrivaled customer service to our clients. With this position comes exposure to marketing, accounting, and operations administration as this is handled 100% by the firm's large team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience providing day to day assistance to executives in both a personal and professional capacity.
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and has had previous experience with:
- Email management (Filtering, summarizing, highlighting priority items, and other forms of management.)
- Calendar management (Managing attendance and day to day activities on various calendars involving various matters both personal and professional.)
- Providing Level 1 Information and Technology assistance (troubleshooting simple IT problems, or if unable to resolve them, contact IT support with detailed information about the issue.)
- Assisting with prioritizing day to day deadlines.
- Providing summary of upcoming daily tasks.
- Preparing Travel arrangements.
- Managing flow of information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting in the daily management of both personal and professional matters.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion among various topics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling critical deadlines and being of service in the community.
