Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished law firm in search of a dedicated Litigation Secretary to support their Labor & Employment Defense attorneys. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal practice through expert administrative support.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support to Labor & Employment Attorneys.
  • Handling e-filing with state and federal courts.
  • Calendaring deadlines to ensure timely legal filings.
  • Creating pleading and discovery shells for legal documents.
  • Generating Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA) for legal briefs.


Requirements:

This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential to succeed in this dynamic environment. A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation defense experience is required.


Work Hours:

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.


Benefits:

The role offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
