Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is urgently hiring a Quality Engineer, preferably with aerospace or geothermal industry experience. This position is a direct hire position at 70-90K per year.

You'll work with quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to evaluate and resolve technical problems. You will regularly perform root cause analysis for issues affecting quality, cost and delivery. Under limited supervision, you'll use your technical skills, expertise, and knowledge of quality techniques for machined assemblies, inspections, supplier quality, or other related processes. You'll be expected to provide project leadership and develop processes/procedures for our Quality Systems.
Knowledge in these areas would be helpful for success in this job:
- Broad engineering knowledge of manufacturing, quality, industrial, and mechanical processes: preferably a B.S in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Previous quality or process engineering experience
- Ability to plan and lead continuous improvement projects specific to parts or processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with quality systems used in the manufacturing environment, specifically AS9100 and/or ISO9001
- Understanding of Lean Techniques and continuous improvement
