The Role: As CFO, you will be the financial architect of our expanding empire. You'll lead and enhance our financial strategy, oversee multiple business entities, and work closely with the executive team to ensure sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and sustainability across multiple business entities. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision. Provide expert financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and ownership group. Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all entities. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders to optimize financial performance and growth opportunities. Implement systems and processes to scale the financial operations of the business as we continue to expand. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or similar role in a multi-entity, high-growth environment. Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex financial operations, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structuring. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across an organization. Expertise in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis.
